I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx.

  • International Orders: Shipping times depend on the fulfillment center.

Average transit times:

  • To the U.S.: 6 to 8 business days

  • International: 6 to 10 business days

Please note that unforeseen circumstances (pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) can cause shipping delays. While most orders arrive on time, shipping companies may experience delays that are outside of our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery times, as delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, tracking is provided for every order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Please be aware that individual items may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide, as we source quality products at affordable prices. You can track your order by visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty if you do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, simply email us at lavrish@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you’ve entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information, or contact us right away via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer make address changes.

HOW MANY ATTEMPTS WILL THE CARRIER MAKE BEFORE MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED?

Typically, the carrier will make two delivery attempts before returning the package.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us with:

  • Your order number.

  • A photo of the damaged item.

Once we receive this information, we will send you a replacement item at no additional charge.
